These Terms are governed by the laws of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in Colorado.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting in the App or on our website. Continued use of GatherGrid after changes signifies your acceptance of the new Terms.
